I'm studying interior design but the course does not provide any instruction on AutoCAD or any other design/sketching programs. I really need to know how to docomputer generated elevations, plans etc and as I am not the best with the computer, I need a course/someone (happy to pay!) to show me how to use these programs
So,
1. are there any good/basic courses out there in autoCAD (in English) for interior designers or can someone teach me (and a friend)
2. Any other sketching programs worth looking at? I've tried 'sketch-up' and have had a look at 'smartdraw'
This is driving me insane!! Thanks in advance!

Sketch Up is a free programme and has lots of tutorials.
It is also used by interior designers and architechts to show basic outlines and walkthroughs.
The basic designs can then be transfered to AutoCad for more serious design work.
