My sis want to have some dresses made in Shenzhen, is there any recommendation, how much is the cost, should we pay deposit or full amount first prior taking the finished dresses? Any dressmaker for recommendation?

I use Wandun at no. 48 in Lo Wu, usually about $120+ for the labour, extra for the fabric. Been going there a long time so I can pay when I pick them up, but I think if she doesn't know you, you might have to pay in advance.
