i am john an english teacher for 4 yrs in guangzhou. last 3 yrs a woman , my friend left her baby boy to me. i only got the mothers waiver and our contract stating that she leave the child and give all the rights to me, coz shes not morally suitable and financially too. i want to bring the child way back to philippines but how?
i am begging for your advice.

Just a general pointer.
the "contract" you have between you and the child's mother is not legally enforceable.
you need to go through the formal child adoption process.
I would suggest you contact a lawyer, or the child adoption agencies in China to get some information on how to proceed.
you'd best also check with the Philippines consulate for information regarding laws in your home country
