my 4.5 year old is on school holidays. and he's been a terror! he isn't normally like this! trying to create a theory that they are only like this because of holidays (maybe less sleep, too much excitement?).

can anyone else verify my theory, or shall i devise another one??!

Your theory has merit. Kids often react this way to change. The altered routine throws them off.
