There are lots of companies that deliver gas bottles.
The best thing to do is to find the name of the company on your gas bottle... for example, Mobil, Shell etc etc...
Then you can call the company and they will bring a new one of whichever size you request and take the old bottle away.
If you choose another company, that will involve a technician coming around to inspect the fixture... then probably charging you money to change the fixture so it fits their gas bottles etc etc.
There should be a name on your gas bottle and then call that company... maybe you can find the number in yellow pages... yp.com.hk

Try Sze Wo Chaan Co. Ltd. 2569 5026. It is a few hundred for the small(er) bottle. Their English on the phone is not the best but I have never had a problem.

Gosh that's expensive! When I bought bottles, it was something like $160 for a big bottle! Mind you, that was a few years ago...

I'll have to check the receipt to be sure, but it wasn't more than like 200 something. Also we might both mean the same size. ;)
I didn't really shop around since even with frequent barbecuing we don't get a new bottle more than every couple of months.

Coincidentally I ordered gas today from Sze Woo Chaan. Here's an alternate number for them: 25747995
"Small bottle": $156
"Large bottle": $256
