I can't stand anymore of bad neighbours

We are expat here living in HK about 3 years now . First stayed in Homantin apartment neighbor complain about our dog smell eventhough government checked nothing serious smell they found out .

Second stayed in Discovery Bay apartment , downstair neighbour not happy about my dog walking upstair and complain to management office about that , also complain to building department said our house doing illegal decoration which was not true.

So we decide to stay in village house in Tai Po 3 stories flat ground floor, first few month the first floor old couple used to throw water and rubbish to our garden . Later they stopped , few month later , the new neighbour moved to opposite house second floor . There are small lane every house share to go to main road. Most of the ground floor tenant clean the floor and some rubbish go to public area due to water flow including our house. The neighbour not happy about it eventhough we never wash out all our rubbish to outside , also collect some rubbish before wash the floor with water. Actually inside our garden no rubbish since my dogs sometime walk at garden , only have some of their hair. When cleaning water flow out due to ground structure , there have some dog hair go out , which is not big issue since other neighbour also clean their garden some leaves and rubbish are coming out . But that jobless neighbour bothering and last night they throw red and black painting liquid to our house about 12 mn. So terrible. We have no idea how to avoid that nonsense thing , eventhough we used to stay our own peacefully under the law.


So this time we planned to move to the house with bigger garden with better environment to avoid such kind of neighbour. I am really sick of it !!

Seems like many people are annoyed with your dog!


Maybe you would be better moving to Clearwater Bay or Saikung where there are other neighbours with dogs, because then no one can complain about your pets if they have also have them.

Near my neighbors also have dogs too . Behind my house has 3 Bigs and 1 small , opposite have 2 dogs and etc. The new neighbour not happy about some dog hairs going out to public area eventhough my dogs not always barking except stranger come to home .
