My husband is threatening me saying that he will use emails which he has gotten off my computer by hacking into my computer to incriminate me. Is that legal?

Please advice. Thank you.

Hi orangeman. How can I? He keeps sneaking into my room! Do I need to? We still share the house but keep sneaking into my room to get them. I think he even bug my room! Because conversations that I have with people privately, he repeats them to me!

He once asked my brother-in-law what is my password for my computer because my brother-in-law was the one who gave me my computer!

Thanks for your time.

Can you change your passwords though?

If you feel so insecured living with him in the same house, why dont u move out and petition for divorce.

emails, text messages, Internet chats/ histories and phone records are discoverable and admissible into court as evidence.

Hi,

I am a bit confused. "to incriminate" you for what? did you do something wrong/criminal? (and I am not talking on having 3rd party lover etc?)

In my case - I jut put a lock o my bedroom till I was able to leave.
