Looking for a good lawyer, specialising in business contracts

A prospective business partner has drawn up a contract, which I would like an experienced lawyer to examine. I need to be sure that the contract is fair to both parties, and that I am protected. I do not want any surprises after the signing.


Also, how much in fees should I expect to pay for such service?
