I have an HD tv. Is it possible to buy an HD decoder and receive HD channels or should I just pay NOW TV the extra $38 per month for the HD decoder box (I have a free non-HD NOW TV decoder box right now) to receive the usual 4 free channels in HD...

I'm not so sure about HD channels in HK. However broadcast HD will barely use the capabilities of a "Full HD" tv. To do that you have to play a BluRay disc
