I would like to know how do I adopt my stepchild here in hong kong? she's 16 years old and living with us with her 2 siblings (my own kids) and her mother (my legal wife). i've taken the responsibilty of a dad to her since she was 3 yrs old and responsible for everything including education. we are philippine nationals and I'm a permanent resident and living in HK for 14 years. the girl was born here in HK. anyone's advice is greatly appreciated.

@nitramonigem, my husband wants to adopt my children too (first marriage) Philippine NAtional.am going to back to PI next week to consult our lawyer what we gonna do.i'll let you know how is the procedure..or you can contact Philippine Consulate..
