I am wondering if anyone knows of a resource either online of offline that lists all the major MBA schools here in Hong Kong? I have done some general Googles but no definitive lists have come back.

There are loads of distance education ones... Also IVEY runs a top rate programme....

US/UK/etc. there are quite some, but only Henley and AGSM (Australia) and maybe Ohio run their own program here in hong kong.
all the others (North Carolina, etc.) use an agent

You have Chinese U, HKU, City U, HK Polytechnic MBA programs
All the above Univ. run Full-time and Part-time Programs. Have GMAT requirement + work experience.
You also have a choice of joining Australian, US / UK MBA programs namely AGSM, MGSM, Northern Iowa... Easy to get admission in these programs though. No GMAT requirement.
I suggest you to go for HKUST.
