I've been told by my daughter's class teacher that the reading levels in the class range from Level 1-22.

I've only seen reading books that go up to Level 4. Can someone help pinpoint what book series I need to buy that can go up to level 22 and beyond?

My daughter is unfortunately at level 3 and I've been told that this is below the class' average.
