I was wondering if anyone else has 4 year old kids who don't go to school or playgroup, what are your reasons, how do you cope and are you regreting it. thanks

thanks cara, but I am not sure if the answer helps me...if you wouldn't have moved out of DB you wouldn't have put them into school, but then you say you find it vitally important to interact with other children in enclosed area?!
We have ballet, soccer, storytime and playtime with friends, so we are very social.

Agreed with cara. It's not about which activity. The important thing is that the kids:
- Interact with other kids.
- Have some sort of rules imposed during these times. I don't mean military discipline. I mean they should be taught to respect each other and teachers/activity leaders, learn to say thank you and please and so forth.
This can be done at pre-school, at other activities, at the playground...
