Do you know where I can buy the bamboo dim sum steamer baskets? There is a little old man selling them at the bottom of Pokfulam Road but his hours are really sporadic so I can't guarantee he will be open when I go. I need quite a few different sizes for a project I am working on.

You'll find them on Shanghai Street in Yau Ma Tei, in several of the restaurant/kitchen supply stores.

There's a couple of places half way up the stree by Western Police Station and a few in and around Sheung Wan area.
