Not sure if I should post here or in "recipes & cooking"!

I'm looking for a new gas oven for the typical small HK kitchen. Appreciate any ideas on pros/cons of various models and store locations. Cheers.

We have a TGC ("The Gas Company" - AKA Hong Kong Gas) and it's abysmal. Takes forever to heat up and never goes above 230 degrees.

Having had both gas and electrical ovens, I cannot recommend electrical over gas highly enough.
