I have been seeing the tailor at Lowu Commercial Centre and am getting tired of constantly returning goods to have remade for various reasons. Can anyone recommend another tailor they have used who understands/speaks English ? I always feel I am buying more material than necessary as well.

Tailor no. 49. He is at the back towards the Chinese Restuarante in the fabric section. Another good one is no.21 - down the passage near the curtain shops in the fabric section. Both have very good English translators.
