Have a look at the classified section of the Inside DB magazine (available free of charge around the F&B outlets in DB). There are many short term leases offered.
A hotel is under construction - it may or may not open later this year.
The short term leases are between HK$ 400 - 700 per night, depending on size and location of the apartment.
