Can anyone tell me if there are rec sports leagues in HK island? Coed, as I am a female.

Used to play in NYC and found it to be a great way to meet people and curious to know if something similar exists in HK.

I'd also be very interested, am a brit that did something called Zog Sports in NYC. Would love to find something similar or a casual sports group!

Co-ed slow pitch softball on Sundays over on the south side at Tai Tam. There is also dodge ball and ultimate frisbee. I think there are even co-ed net ball but not something Americans would have played.
