Hi Everyone
I will try to explain my case. I came to HK few years ago, I tried to find a job, I got it twice, but both times when the companies applied for my working visa, Immigration department rejected them.
18 months ago, I got married with my girlfriend, who is holding HK permanent residence (she is born in HK). I know I can work now, my question is if still I have to submit any document to Immigation Department if I find a job in HK. In case I have to submit any document:
-How is the process? is it easy?
- could Inmigration Department reject my working visa?
- could the previous and rejected working visas be a trouble for a future application.
I hope it is clear. Thanks a lot for reading and sharing your opinions.
Thanks, Regards
Frank
Edit...... Thanks Osky for your reply. I thought I need to submit a document to Inmigation. Could somebody confirm I don“t need? Thanks

You do not need to submit any paperwork. Holders of dependent visas are allowed to work, no further approval needed

[UPDATE] Please note that fee quotes stated in historic postings may be out-of-date.
Under a dependant visa, you are free to work in HK without further authorization.
An application for an employment visa is considered favourably on the basis that the Applicant possesses special skills, knowledge or experience which are of value and not readily available in the HKSAR. Further the sponsor company should be able to show that locally it cannot find a person with the required skills to fill in the position and that it could afford to employ the Applicant on expatriate terms.

hahaha, good point, hahhaa
It sounds good, but no. I am doing some freelance job and teaching. But now I try to find something more stable in HK. And I didn“t know how the working visa worked.
Thanks
