I tried asking Smartone guy but he could not give me answer.

I have Nokia E71 with Smartone plan. I will travel to Vietnam. Ho Chi Min. Need to call two local people I know when I get there. Can I use my phone?

I need them to call me too. so I want to stay with my HK number which they know.

I just got back. I bought a sim card there and it worked great. was super cheap and could make local calls to my friends there. cost me 40,000 vd.
