Any recommendation as to computer guy who will help to re-gain access to my newly acquired computer (Windows 7), I set an administrator password which I have forgotten and cannot access the computer.

You may be looking at a reinstall but there are some crack tools available. If you are lucky you can get your files back by putting the hard drive in another machine and reding it from there.
