Hello,

I have been told that in one of the malls in Sha Tin, there is a shop (supermarket?) that has an entire section devoted to Japanese convenience store (konbini/kombini) foods. Can anyone give me more information/directions?

I'm not sure. It sounds plausible as City'Super carries so much Japanese stuff.

My friend (who does not live in Hong Kong) has a friend in Sha Tin and they went there at some point. From what I understand, it even has the same egg salad sandwiches as in the convenience stores in Japan and I was dizzy with excitement. I guess I just need to ask my friend to ask her friend!
