I have an exercise DVD which I would like to MP3 format so that I can play it on my iPod whilst at the gym. Any suggestion as to who and where to go?

So you only want the audio?

A software like DVDfab will do it.

I am sure you mean mp4 format. Use a ripping and converting software like the above mentioned DVDfab or hand brake (just google it, both are free).

DVDfab is actually shareware, so you can only use it for a limited amount of time before paying. That being said, I find it brilliant since it can convert to and from a wide variety of formats.

I want both image and audio so that I can follow the workout. Will the suggested software upload the image as well as audio?

Yes it will, but the format is called mp4 - mp3 is audio only
