Stokke Baby products available in HK

I was reading a local HK magazine at the dentist (I should say looking at the pictures since I can't read Chinese) and saw this article on Stokke baby products like strollers and high chairs.


I'm a single dad and the stuff looked really cool. I know some other dads and we go on about how strollers haven't changed in design in like for ages. The stuff I saw in the article just grabbed my attention and had me going like wow. I got my dentist to make me a copy of the page and showed it to some guy friends and we agree the Stokke Xplory stroller was really cool. It has interchangeable parts and stuff I half expected it to change into a Transformer.

it's really pricey though. yikes! well.......we know dads and their love for toys!

I've always found the Xplory to be a bit overhyped. It's well thought out and certainly a great stroller but, well, I don't see how other strollers like Bugaboo Cameleon (also expensive) aren't as good. I also have serious doubts about how it handles uneven surfaces.

You guys need to go to the stroller stores more. ;) (I'm a dad too btw.) Check out the Bugaboo Bee or my current favorite the Phil & Ted Vibe. Amazing stuff.



The Stokke high chairs, specifically tripp-trapp, are genius. Well designed, solid, easy to adjust, very stable. They'll last all the way to adulthood too. A good buy for sure.

You can look at the English version of the Stokke brochure in Mothercare in Princes Building - but when I was there a few weeks ago, they only had a store copy left.
