I'm thinking of buying a flat in Hollywood Terrace, does anyone have any experience living there and can comment on the developement.

Very convenient. Nice view from some of the higher floors. I like the rectangular living rooms but the second bedroom is too small and too weird shape to be much more than a walkin closet (on the 700+sq ft flats). Much more value for money than neighbouring buildings.
