There are a couple places in the Wan Chai Computer Centre. Can't remember the name but try:
- Up the escalator, then u-turn left.
- Go to the end, then take a right.
- It's one of the first ones on your right.

Don't do it man, With the new Xbox update, you are not able to take the console online without it being blocked by Microsoft. This doesn't just block the profile but the console aswell. The firmware that was used when people could still go online has been given to Microsoft now.
If you don't want to play online thou its fine. I've got one to sell that plays copy games and its not band, I've never taken it online after the update. PM if your interested.
The place to go to get it done thou would be Sham Shui Po, Golden Centre. Exit D2.
