Hate to be negative, but unfortunately it is not easy to get in hong kong. Even teaching institutions don't easily provide work visas. And bars don't provide working visas. Some of them do though.


I know i didn't add much but best of luck.

Kat, the reply by The Expat is absolutely correct. Unless your boyfriend has LOTS of money and can apply for an investment visa, he's not going to get an employment visa for doing bar work. He will only get an employment visa if he can prove that he has special skills which are not readily available in HKG.
