Hi, we are a family of 4 (2 under 5) with a maid and looking at a possible move to HK in Jan. We like the look of Clearwater Bay/Sai Kung but are unsure of what we will need to spend to get a three bedroom plus maid quarter. We would like around the sq ft 1500+ mark with a possible garden or shared pool. My husband will be travelling by car into the Island for work. Don't really want travel time to be too much above 1/2 hr. Any advice/help would be much appreciated.
