the problem is how to track the blogger and sue him for slander. any companies that give this kind of service? can we contact the blog site and ask for information of the blogger?

In the states you can do this BUT you have to get a court order to make the blog forum give you that information and you have to pay for the data retrieval. It is usually horredously expensive and you probably will not get your money back even if you win the slander suit.
This is similar to people who need to get a record of text messages sent to and from their or another person's phone. It can be done but you are talking at least 10,000USD out of pocket to the Phone company, not including the court costs for the order in the first place.
Hong Kong is big on loss-of-face but they are not sue-happy like Americans. Slander laws are different here, primarily focused on slander against businesses and not personal slander. A lot of the things you could sue over in a western country will be laughed out of court here. You can do a lot of research about Hong Kong Law online, but you will probably find that slander is not a hot topic. do a google search on Hong Kong Slander laws and you will come up with a handful of lawyers and most of them linked to business law.
Sorry, I hope someone knows another way!

I think, before you Google for "slander lawyers" you'd better be aware of the correct term.
If you are talking about something written in a BLOG, then it may be LIBEL. It is only when it is spoken that it is slander.
Anyway, unless it was totally scurrilous, the words could well come under "fair comment" -- and anyway, I believe you have to prove ill-intent, too.
So, as far as I can guess, you are probably not going to get very far with this.
I'm not sure if you could write to the blogger and ask him to amend his entry.... But probably as far as you are concerned, the damage has been done......
Anyway, obviously, don't do anything rash.... And at least be grateful that, in general, we live in a territory where there is reasonable free speech, and the rule of law. Could be worse....

Read the site's TOU , if there's a breach they could remove the blog off their site.
Before you consider an legal issues, you have to determine how damaging the said blog is. If it's just a playground squabble like, silence is the most dignified and irritating ( to the poster) response.
