I have a graham cracker pie crust and need a very easy and quick desert filling for a dinner tonight.

Does anyone have any ideas?!

Next time (realize days have passed since post) use two boxes of chocolate pudding mix. The pie directions are on the side. top off with whipped cream.

what about cheesecake? there are "no-bake" cheese cake recipes available online. you just have to google them. they are easy to make and taste great!
