What is the difference between motorized and non-motorized elliptical machine trainer ? Any other requirement need to check to buy trainer ? I am thinking to buy non-motorized .. Is it good ?

I have used plenty of cross-trainers in plenty of gyms and have never seen a motorised one.


Why don't you visit a qym equipment supplier and try both?

Thank for your reply woods99. It is very useful your answer . I am not familiar with exercise equipment and don't know so much about equipment supplier shops in HK. I knew one shop in sheng wan which sell tai wan and china made, mega box and Olympian city . But not match my requirement . I only know these 3 places...

Try "Never Second" which is at shop 323-324 in Princes Building. They stock "Life Fitness" brand, which is pretty good quality.
