not divorce yet... i have pull residence of Hk . ive been deparated for nearly years. my BF had run off of working visa in Hk he stay here over 7 or just 7 year for work...shall i dependent him? what we shall do? pls. advice

what i mean is .. am not yet divorce for my ex husband.. we separated for nearly 2 yrs. and now am full residence in Hk now... the problem is i found somebody to love me and were stay together can i dependent him ? is there any chance to get a dependent with me? even thou am not divorce to my Ex. thanks

None at all. Dependant visas can only be granted to married spouses, not to boyfriends / girlfriends or de facto relationships.
