URGENT ADVICE NEEDED SALARY - HOUSE

hallo everyone, NEED ADVICE ON HOUSE COST AND WAGE !!! we are a family of 4 considering moving to HK, and maybe living in DB because of the kids, we have 2 small boys, one is now 3 months and one is 2,5 half year now, so need room in the budget for preschool, playgroup, maid, but also heard that this is normally paid by the company, my wife will not be working, and then off course "normal" living cost, house will be paid by the company, what would be a reasonable level ?? what about school for the kids, is it normal for the company to pay this, and what is normal cost for a maid, and does the company pay this also. hope you can help us wit hadvice, so far I heard that when house, scholl, maid is paid, I should go for 100000 HKD per month ???
