I-Cable Autopay But not a Customer

I am not an i-cable customer. I am with PCCW for both broadband and TV. And suddenly, I see an I-Cable Autopay bill in my credit card. Obviously I didnt sign anything or had any dealings or was made an offer by i-cable. I've complained to my credit card company and am still waiting for a reply. Some people told me that I should actually report this to the police. Can somebody tell me what to do? I do not intend to call I-cable as I have no relationship with them.
