I have been here for almost 2 years and something I haven't been able to get a straight answer on bothers me still.

What is the difference between the green and red minibus? If I hazard a guess one seems to accept octopus and one doesn't.

Also what is that km/h readout in the green buses? I've never seen it go over 5 and its clearly not a km/h readout in the traditional sense.
