Does anyone know where I can learn writing meeting minutes? I prefer face to face courses.

Writing meeting minutes is not particularly difficult if you've got a decent standard of English. You can always Google "writing meeting minutes" and read some of the results.

However, what's probably more important is understanding how your company prefers their meeting minutes written up. Some top level management meetings might be written in a more formal style, where those at lower levels might be shorter bullet point style.

So it really depends on what format and style you're supposed to use. That will depend on company culture and level/style of meeting and/or what the chairperson of the meeting prefers.

If you want further help you can always PM me.

Excellent advice from Chris. I've been taking minutes for international firms for more than 15 years. Understanding what you are minuting helps a lot. I remember taking my first board minutes for a bank and did not understand the products much and the firm was used to formal and long minutes like 8-page minutes for a 2- hour meeting. These days I can whip up a set of minutes pretty fast. PM me if wish.
