I am a member or Planet Yoga and just signed up for another contract ony days ago. I just heard they closed down today and cant get through to them. Anyone have information about who I can call to get my $$ back.
These people have no ethics - they cant just sell you memberships knowing they will close!!!!

I am also a member of Planet Yoga. Just signed up a contract of 2 years of about HK8000 one month ago. I paid by DBS credit card in 12 months instalment. Have written and phoned the bank but they just claim that it's not their responsibility and the request is already in 'X' file. Any advice on the negotation with bank??

Just wonder if that Honest joy exists!!!! I've called them thousand times and no one answer the phone. No hope on DBS for suspension of payment as well. Sigh, the fact that they refuse to give any compensation to the victims of Lehman just implies that they are not going to do anything as well. I don't think i will use DBS card for instalment plan anymore.
Worst comes to worst is that there are not many yoga centres at reasonable price in the market. I just check out the all club membership at California Fitness but they only have a few yoga classes in Causeway Bay. I like myyoga but it's quite expensive for the all day membership. Sigh....where will you gals go to have yoga???
