Hi!
Thinking of moving into apartment in Pacific View. How do they compare to other South Side apartments?

A lot of them ,esp. the smaller ones, are odd shapes, funny angles here & there, I guess the layout is to give you the best view. At least there's a variety of sizes & therefore prices, though some are a bit tatty. Nice views - as the name suggests. Bit too far from anything for me.

We were in Hong Kong last week and looked at a newly reonvated big apartment - it seemed nice. As the place also have great facilities, I was wondering whether to take the apartment or to wait until I am there in July and look for something else?
Also saw a brilliant apartment in Manhatten, but they have a loooong waiting list...
