removing gritty film from car duco?

My car has been accidentally sprayed with sealant or some building solution from a building site -my place of employment -we have been told to get it removed to the value of $2000.It is like a fine gritty dried on residue-colourless but very hard to remove without sctratching the windscreen or duco.Any ideas where i can get this done by English speaking firm? My car is older so not worried too much apart from windscreen -wipers won't work properly at the moment.Thanks.

try a cleaner polish - Meguires are excellent, i use them on my car and there's not much the cleaner polish cant remove, can get them from park n shop too.
