i'd like to know the best way to make the journey from ma on shan to royal ascot:

is there a bus, mini bus, or is taxi my only option?

how much would a taxi be and how long the journey time?

You can take any bus from ma on shan to Shatin New Town Plaza and take the 88k bus to Royal Ascott.
