Repair Zip ski Jacket Columbia Pls HELP!

I have a women's ski Jacket from Columbia with a broken zip


Can we repair zip or will it damage waterproofness because it is a technical fabric/ make up?


Columbia doesnt have store here so where could I get it repaired with reliability?


I am really lost and need help.. thank you so much

Columbia has stores here. For example in Times Square. However I don't know if they're actually owned by Columbia or by an agent.


I'm not an expert but I would say that you can repair the zip without issues. The new zip should be waterproof if the old one is. Waterproofing of many materials weakens with time anyway and you can always re-waterproof with a spray or a wash.
