As I see it there are two "classes" or gas grill in HK.
1. Cheap. Buy it at Wing-on for 3000. Advantage: cheap. Disadvantage: will be a pile of rust about a year or two. It is HUMID here.
2. Costly name brand like Beefeater or Weber. Buy at Horizon Plaza for A LOT. Expensive, yes. But our Weber is out in the rain all the time and nary a speck or rust.
Aloha in Horizon Plaza has a small Weber that can be had for 5k if memory serves. It's the "clamshell" looking one. A good option if on a budget.

I agree with axptguy on that one, you pay for what you get, you may find the occasional one in good condition second hand, especially on the DB website. But there is also another website you could look at, It is expatspaytoomuch.com then click hong kong, we got one from them, you can order by telephone and they deliver and assemble for a charge to any part of HK.
Ours does get the odd spot of rust, tiny, but if BBq's are properly looked after cleaned, wiped down with a little wd40 on the cabinet before winter storage, and covered then it willl last longer, we have had ours 3 yrs.

On a side note, WD-40 will get rid of rust, but it does not protect from rust per se. For that a good oil is better.
