Hi, Not sure if this helps, but we have tried many roasters in HK and have found the best to be Hong Kong Coffee Club who roast locally. Beans are always fresh and a fair price. Only prob is they are not so good at delivering on small orders. Located in Kwai Chung. www.coffeeclub.hk Also sell coffee accessories.
