My feet have been swollen off and on now for about three months. Some days/weeks they are swollen right up to my toes, other times just around the ankles, etc.
I have tried cutting out various medications for hormones and even not on the hormones it starts swelling again.
Dr. has done tests on kidneys, liver, heart, done x-ray, checked for clots, protein levels all normal.
I'm starting to think it might be a food allergy.
Has anyone had a food allergy test done? How expensive/reliable is it? Any recommendations for where I can go?
When I was a child I had the poking on the back but I think that's rather hit or miss, I'm looking for something a bit more current such as a blood test. thanks.
