Cheaper mobile phone plan?

I could be leaving HK soon but I want to keep my HK phone as who knows, I may be back here again for the third time. My current plan is with PCCW where I'm paying HK$35/mth for 550 free mins and with the HK$12 tunnel fee waived.


Does anyone know of a cheaper plan than this? The amount of free minutes is not important.

most of HK operator have similar plan... my father also join $35 3G plan at smv... he said that it is ok and stable.... he likes it...
