I am trying to decide which of these cities I want to go visit when I go back to China in a couple of months. Can anyone comment on the costs of living in each? Quality of living? Friendly to English speakers? Beautiful women? :P

visit or living there?

for visiting, hangzhou anytime over the other two. for living, probably guangzhou or then hangzhou as well (due to proximity to shanghai)
