Who is the best travel agent for flights to Vancouver? Advice would be appreciated. I'm expected to pay in excess of HK$16K for a return flight but cannot get the dates or times I want. Presumably it's a heavily trafficked route at this time of year.

I also tend to book direct with the airlines, unless there is a compelling reason (significantly cheaper fare without loss of desired flexibility etc) to use an agent.

You can try booking it through http://www.aircanada.com/hk/en/home.html They do have special promotions from time to time. good luck!
