While some buildings here have nice lobbies with lots of marble, some security guards spend 8-12 hours in a hardly comfortable work place that could be so much better with some small changes.
Take Nikken Heights in Mid Levels, far from the best or most expensive buildings in the area but not an old walk up either. The guards there have only a backless and cushionless hard stool to sit on throughout their shifts. How can the residents be so blind? I'm sure they themselves have nice armchairs at home. Inequalities like this make me sad.

Our guard DREAMS of sitting on a stool. Woulda' been a palace to him. He has to sit in an old water tank on a rubbish tip. He gets woken up every morning by having a load of rotting fish dumped all over him Stool!? Hmph.
