I know there're 3 shops in HK for Page One:
Festival Walk (Kowloon Tong)Habour City (Tsm Sha Tsui), Times Square (Causewaybay)
Just checked the bookfair link from janae13, I think I might go there as I have checked both PageOne and Bookazine, and found another English bookstore Metrobooks will be there, I think this will save me a few trips!! great!

Nice! I went to Bookfair and enjoyed so many exclusive special offer there!!
It's a bit crowded but fine for me~ I bought many books at a discounted price and got it delivered to my office, that is cool.
There're only 2 more days left! Probably I will go there tmr again as it will be opend until 10pm!!!

Don't forget Flow, the used book store & Dymocks, where you can quickly rack up points on your booklover card. Also keep an eye out for school fairs, usually in the autumn, as they always have a used book stall, CHEAP!
