Could you please answer the following questions?
My husband has the work visa, and I and my daughter are under his dependent visa.
Our visa is valid until Sep, 2011.
My husband will be returning to Japan for good in this Oct, but I will keep staying here with my daughter until our dependent visa expires in Sep, 2011. We have a domestic helper, but her employer is my husband. We have two inquiries about this.
(1) Can my husband continue to be her employer until Sep, 2011?
(2) Can we change the employer from m husband to me sooner or later? If can't, does that mean we need the new contract, and our helper has to go back to Philippines during visa process?
